My work sits at the intersection of leadership, decision-making, and human behavior at work. Over the years, I’ve advised business leaders, coached professionals through career transitions, and helped teams navigate complexity with more clarity and confidence.
I believe in honest conversations, practical frameworks, and follow-through. Not the kind that looks good in a workshop, but the kind that improves the lived experience of the people involved. My style is calm, direct, and structured. I ask the questions most people avoid, and I help bring things to a conclusion.
My professional experience
Over the past 20+ years, I have led talent acquisition and recruitment functions across global banking, technology, and Global Capability Center environments in India and overseas. I have built and scaled recruitment organizations from the ground up, led pan-India and international hiring across APAC, Europe, Australia, and the US, and managed large teams delivering high-volume, leadership, and executive hiring mandates.
My experience includes setting up and scaling GCCs, hiring leadership roles at Director, VP, and CXO-adjacent levels, and delivering recruitment at scale with strong governance, metrics, and risk controls. I have worked closely with CEOs, COOs, and business heads as a recruitment business partner, translating business priorities into practical hiring strategies. Across roles at organizations such as Barclays, BNP Paribas, State Street, and ANSR, my focus has been on building recruitment engines that balance speed, quality, diversity, and long-term sustainability.
